Genesis Open OAD Advice:

There are two players who separate themselves from the rest of the OAD field this week: Dustin Johnson and Paul Casey. It’s actually even clearer than that. DJ is the clear #1 and has consistently performed well here. How will he react after not being able to close out Potter last week? Probably fairly well. Casey is a top 10 candidate, primarily.

Phil would be #3 if you still have him, though we’re proud of using him last week.

Schwartzel and Steele are the next two up: Schwartzel is a better horse here while Steele comes in hotter. Both are nice course fits.

Schneiderjans popped up next to Spieth in our OAD math, but it’s hard to use him for something like this unless he was red hot. Spieth needs to get back to being Spieth later to think about using him.

We’re going to go with Dustin Johnson and see if we can keep the train rolling this week.

Last Week’s Results:

Phil pulled off a T-2 at the Pebble Beach Pro-Am, so unless you had Potter, you couldn’t do any better. DJ/Day were also there, so it was a logjam at 2nd. Either way, it was a nice tournament on the OAD front.
