(7) 2012
MC 2011
Bill has been trending downward since a mid-season peak at the US Open. He’s largely making cuts but not doing much over the weekends. He’s the #2 horse this week, and hopefully we’ve updated the site to reflect that. He’s probably a must own in Group A this week given the familiarity and success at Sedgefield.
(A2) James Hahn (13) PGA Championship
(10) RBC Canadian Open
(74) British Open
(20) Greenbrier
(57) 2014
MC 2013

Hahn has been one of the more consistent golfers lately which is why he’s ranked up near the top of Group A, but his peripherals aren’t that encouraging so we’ll have to at least consider dipping out of the top 2 here when we build our team on Wednesday. Track record and course fit aren’t that exciting. You have to believe the solid recent form is enough to carry the day this week.
(A3) Kevin Streelman (44) John Deere Classic
(29) Greenbrier
(17) Quicken Loans
(8) Travelers Championship
(37) 2012
(18) 2010
(44) 2009

Was playing great but has cooled slightly. He’s probably the other option to Hahn.
(A4) Vaughn Taylor (29) Barracuda
MC RBC Canadian Open
(19) John Deere Classic
MC Greenbrier
(47) 2015
MC 2012
(52) 2011
(64) 2009

He’s had some sporadic success recently, has made cuts here, and tends to do well in weak fields, but it’s hard to imagine going with him over some of the above. Nice course fit at #12.
(A5) Graeme McDowell MC PGA Championship
MC RBC Canadian Open
(19) Scottish Open
MC Irish Open
(5) 2016

5th place here last year and a solid course fit statistic, but his recent form is not good and his resume is littered with MCs. Hard to go Graeme with that hanging over his head.
Other options include: (A6) Kyle Reifers, (A7) Luke Donald, and (A8) Shane Lowry.

(5) 2014
(11) 2013
(22) 2012
(1) 2011
Webb has made 8 of his last 9 cuts and has 5 tops 20s in his last 10 events. He’s been a stud at Sedgefield which is like home for this NC boy. #7 course fit which pushes him into the #1 ranking this week. Hopefully the pressure won’t get to him.
(B2) Kevin Kisner (7) PGA Championship
(28) WGC Bridgestone
(54) British Open
(44) John Deere Classic
(10) 2016
(8) 2014
(46) 2012
(59) 2011

Kisner really is riding an uptrend recent which finished with a 7th place finish at the PGA Championship. He has two top 10s here in his past two tries. #21 course fit = no brainer this week if he can get over his relatively close call at last week’s major.
(B3) Ryan Moore (13) PGA Championship
(28) WGC Bridgestone
MC British Open
MC John Deere Classic
(53) 2016
(10) 2015
(37) 2012
MC 2010
(1) 2009
Ryan has bounced back nicely the past two weeks and you have to take notice. A former champion here, he has the type of game that should do well.
(B4) Chez Reavie (22) PGA Championship
(23) RBC Canadian Open
(39) John Deere Classic
(43) Travelers Championship
MC 2016
MC 2015
MC 2013
(58) 2012
(9) 2011
(10) 2009
Two top 10s here in the past and a #1 course fit. Slight upward trajectory in recent play.
(B5) Chad Campbell (32) RBC Canadian Open
(18) Barbasol Champ.

(9) Greenbrier
(57) 2016
(31) 2015
MC 2014
MC 2013
(4) 2012
(47) 2011
Chad Campbell has started quickly most of the past few events, but he’s faded over the weekend making him a decent DK play but not a finisher who could nab a top 3. We’d probalby put him just behind Reavie at this point.
(B6) Lucas Glover (33) PGA Championship
(25) John Deere Classic
(43) Quicken Loans
MC Travelers Championship
(22) 2016
(18) 2015
MC 2014

MC 2012
(30) 2011
#4 course fit with a consistent recent track record though but nothing spectacular about him this week.
(B7) Robert Streb (22) PGA Championship
MC British Open
MDF John Deere Classic
(2) Greenbrier
(33) 2016
(18) 2014
(37) 2013

Bounced back at the PGA Championship after 2 MCs/MDFs. Has played above average here the past 10 years. Maybe he’s the gamble you take heading into the week.
Other options include: (B8) Kevin Na, (B9) Russell Knox, and (B10) Tyrone Van Aswegen.

(C1) Henrik Stenson (13) PGA Championship
(17) WGC Bridgestone
(11) British Open
(26) Scottish Open
MC 2012
MC 2011
MC 2010

Stenson appears to be a logical play thanks to his world golf ranking and ability to stay in a tournament even when not playing his best. He’s the #1 recent performer in the field but has 3 MCs here in the past. Typically he’ll plod along and get a top 15 or so.
(C2) Keegan Bradley (33) PGA Championship
(14) RBC Canadian Open
(50) Greenbrier
(5) Quicken Loans
(46) 2016

Playing very well, made the cut here in 2016, and has a #22 course fit. Together, they should be powerful indicators but we’ll see how the week evolves.
(C3) Bud Cauley (33) PGA Championship
(12) John Deere Classic
MC Quicken Loans
(35) Travelers Championship
(10) 2016
MC 2014
MC 2013
(3) 2012
(52) 2011
Bud has been rocky recently with some nice rounds mixed in. He does have two top 10s here in the past. Of course, Stenson/Bradley may be the easier way to go.
(C4) Chris Stroud (9) PGA Championship
(1) Barracuda
MC RBC Canadian Open
(35) Barbasol Champ.
(68) 2016
MC 2015
(37) 2013
(73) 2012
MC 2011
MC 2010
1st and 9th place finishes in his last two but not much success here in the past which gives you pause. #70 coures fit doesn’t sway you one way or the other.
(C5) Sam Saunders (8) Barracuda
(19) RBC Canadian Open
(55) Barbasol Champ.
(25) John Deere Classic
(68) 2016
(14) 2015

Playing well his last 3-4 events with a nice upward trend. 14th here in 2015 which is solid. Hard to think you would take him over one of the above.
Other options include: (C6) Ben Martin, (C7) Blayne Barber, and (C8) Rory Sabbatini.
